UTA is essentially buying half your fare if you try the new Airport Trax extension to reach the Utah State Fair. Simply buy a one-way TRAX ticket and ride it to the Fair, then have it stamped at the entry gate for a FREE return fare on Trax or a bus. This is th first year fairgoers have had the option of riding TRAX all the way to the fair, so UTA saw this as a great opportunity to promote doing so.
UTA is also giving away 25 passes to the fair each day before it opens. Details on where the tickets will be passed out will be shared on their Twitter account. UTA’s Twitter handle is @RideUTA. The Fair begins this Thursday and runs through September 15.
